To make a booking simply click on the desired start and end dates on the calendar. 

After date selection a drop down form will appear with the rental amount based on the nightly rate. The refundable deposit of $250.00 will be added to the total. (This is required to secure your dates - this box cannot be unchecked).  Stays of 5 nights or less incur a cleaning fee of $80.00 (again this box cannot be unchecked).  The total at the bottom of the page will reflect these amounts.

If desired, the pool heat option can be selected by checking the box.  The rate is $21.43/day or $150.00/wk.  If selected, the total is updated to reflect this optional charge.

Please fill in your contact information.  After you are satisfied with your dates and the total amount, please click the "book" button.

A status line then appears reiterating the total amount and indicating the amount that is required to confirm the booking.  Normally this amount will be the refundable deposit of $250.00 unless the time period to the start of the rental period is less than 8 weeks in which it will then be the  full amount (plus refundable deposit).  This is also confirmed in an automatic email sent to your email address.

You can then click the button to pay the deposit (or full balance plus refundable security deposit if less than 8 weeks to start of rental period) immediately via Paypal (i.e. VISA/Mastercard/American Express, bank account or Paypal balance).  Other payment options are noted here.
