Our villa is situated among beautiful Orange Groves located in the Orange Tree subdivision on U.S. 27 approximately one mile north of U.S. 192 and 10 minutes from Interstate 4 (approximately 10 miles south of Clermont, FL on U.S. 27).  It is approximately ten minutes to the gates of Walt DisneyWorld and 30 minutes to Orlando International Airport. Other Florida attractions including Universal, Sea World, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center are within easy driving distance. The Gulf Coast can be reached in 90 minutes while the Atlantic Ocean can be reached within one hour.

Orange Tree caters to the young family as it  has a children's playground, tennis courts and basketball court, all within easy walking distance. Along the way you will see many orange trees. You may even see some egrets (a type of heron) which visit the neighborhood quite frequently! You will be pleasantly surprised at the quietness of the neighborhood, excellent for enjoying relaxing quiet days/evenings around the pool. It's hard to believe that you are only ten minutes from the hustle and bustle of Disney and the tourist sites/shops of U.S. 192.

There are numerous shops, restaurants and supermarkets including a Walmart Supercenter which are located within minutes of our villa. For the golf enthusiast there are many golf courses to choose from. Orange Tree is an ideal base to see what Orlando and the rest of Florida have to offer.

The 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa is beautifully furnished throughout and sleeps up to 10 people. The family room offers total comfort with its high cathedral ceiling, flat screen LCD TV with high-definition, DVD/VCR and formal dining area. This leads to the sunny eating area and kitchen which is fully equipped with every modern convenience. From here, there is direct access to the pool.

There are two Master bedrooms, (with king and queen size beds respectively) each having their own ensuite bathrooms and TV. A security lockbox is provided in one of these bedrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms (one with a PlayStation 2) both have twin beds with TVs and directly access the third bathroom. A pool table and foosball table, plus a selection of DVDs, videos, games, books and toys for the pool are provided to keep the whole family entertained.

For our guests with young families we have provided a child's high chair, along with a compact stroller and a Pack n Play which can double as a crib.

One can relax outside in the Mickey Mouse spa or cool down in the pool. The pool is south west facing, so you will be able to soak up the sun on the sun loungers provided on the deck area mid morning to late evening. The pool area is large and easily accommodates 6 loungers. There is also a covered lanai (patio area) for those seeking shade from the hot Florida sun. A child-safety fence, between the pool and the lanai is provided which may be detached and stored when young children are supervised by adults around the pool area. Finally, a propane barbeque (BBQ) on the deck is provided for your convenience.
